SLS's proprietary AI title automation is currently deployed on an active 7,000-tract surface-title program across New Mexico and Texas. Upon completion and approval of Phase One, the program is expected to advance in phases toward nearly 80,000 total tracts. Current planning throughput averages 10 to 15 completed tracts per day, inclusive of information gathering and conveyance-document intake. Surface title is generally less complex than full mineral or leasehold title, so this production rate should be understood in that context. Actual turnaround varies with record availability, chain complexity, jurisdiction and required deliverables.

SLS does more than react to marketed deals. We can build acquisition-ready deal flow against a defined AOI, buy box, geological thesis or regulatory trigger, then connect the ownership work directly to outreach and execution.
Develop opportunities before the ownership work becomes a bottleneck.
Move faster when an opportunity is already under review or under agreement.
On qualifying programs, SLS may invest all or part of its title, research and acquisition work with little or no upfront service cost in exchange for success-based compensation or participation economics.
Availability depends on geography, record access, required scope, expected transaction value and strategic fit. No project is accepted automatically.

On qualifying acquisition programs, SLS is open to aligned structures where we invest a portion of our title and land work alongside the client's acquisition capital.
The Sykes family's ranching heritage spans seven generations in West Texas. That lived experience with land ownership and stewardship shapes how SLS approaches access, negotiation and long-term landowner relationships.
Our family's tradition of land stewardship includes Steve's service on the water-district board in Schleicher County and Bob Sykes's service as president of the American Quarter Horse Association Racing Committee. The family's longstanding leadership in the Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers Association includes Bob Sykes's several years of service as president and Steve Sykes's several years as chairman of the board. These are enduring connections to the landowner and agricultural communities we serve.
We understand the institutional demands of a major project and the personal responsibility that comes with negotiating across another landowner's table.
Technology can identify the owner. Generational trust can open the door.
